Shipping

Order Processing: 

  • Please allow three business days to process your order. Expect an email within three business days to let you know your order is on the way!
  • All domestic orders are shipped regular or express from Monday to Friday through Sendle or Australia Post for regional Australia and PO Boxes.

Shipping and Estimates: Standard domestic orders are $10.00 /Express and $13.50 / Free from $75. Your order's shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • All orders are sent tracked – please check your spam folder if you do not receive an order and/ or shipping confirmation. Shipping confirmations have your tracking number and a button “Track” which you can click to follow the journey of your parcel.  
  • Wholesale orders are either shipped through Australia Post or through Courier.
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Grounded Goods | Uppercup is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Addresses are transferred onto parcels as provided. Grounded Goods | Uppercup is not responsible for non-delivery due to wrong addresses.

If there is a particularly strict policy regarding deliveries to the workplace (security/company policy guidelines) please provide a private address instead.
