Australian Innovation
Since 2016, Felicity Ford & Claudine Fessey have proudly offered exceptional service through Australian design and manufacturing, providing innovative and circular product lines. All of our products are locally designed and manufactured in Australia, staying within a 25 km radius.
Our hero product, the Uppercup, was developed by Melbourne barista James McKay, delivering the perfect cup that’s both practical and stylish.
By choosing to manufacture locally, we’re committed to supporting our community, including employing women from refugee backgrounds, creating jobs, and making a positive impact on both the environment and society.
We believe in beautiful and practical design and corporate transparency. This translates into every aspect of our business. We actively minimise the negative impacts of our operations and manufacturing.

As a B-Corp, we meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability. We carefully select materials, products, and partners that share our core values of sustainability, ethics, and transparency.
We believe in closing the loop—our products are designed for longevity, with replaceable components to ensure minimal waste. When your Uppercup reaches the end of its life, we recycle it into new products, such as the innovative Uppercup+.
Zero-Waste and Recycling
We believe in a future without waste. Through our Uppercup+ program, old Uppercups are repurposed to create new ones, ensuring no product ends up in a landfill. This closed-loop recycling system is key to our vision of a zero-waste world. Our packaging is also entirely made from recycled cardboard, further reducing our environmental footprint.
